Overview

One of the essential needs for surviving in the world is employment. Our constant conversations with students looking for work but unsure where to look inspired us to organise such a Mega job fair.

At PacketPrep, we believe hiring the right individuals will bring about a true transformation in the job market. A qualified candidate must be selected based on his or her ability to perform in the relevant role. Therefore, at Job fair 2022, We have chosen the theme "Right Hire."

Aims and Objectives:

The organisation's objective is to give a continuum of opportunities to grads and postgrads studying across numerous courses. In addition, the fair offers students a platform for interaction with organisations to better understand industry requirements so that candidates can make an informed decision about their careers.

Features and benefits of the Job Fair in 2022

This job fair will help freshers find jobs that will enable them to become financially independent, lowering the state's unemployment rate. In addition, job searchers can get in touch with employers through this job fair and apply for the position of their choice.

Also, candidates can establish important connections that will help progress them professionally. You , as a student, will get the opportunity to talk with representatives from numerous companies who play important roles in their hiring process.. Contacting these representatives could help you establish a more professional relationship.

Past Events

Job fair 2022 has been organised in Vijayawada on 28th June and Visakhapatnam on July 3, 2022 . This was the first time PacketPrep took such an initiative, and we are happy that the event ended on a successful note.

The fair, first held in Visakhapatnam in June 2022, left a strong impact as the important Job Fair in Andhra Pradesh. Following it's massive success, the second fair was organised in Vijayawada. in July.

The number of companies participating in this year's fair is over 30. Purpletalk, ZenQ, Indian Eagle, QualiTlabs, Neurogaint, and many more companies were among the ones that participated in the fair.

Each location met all expectations with a turnout of over 300 applicants and 40 candidates made it to the final round and began their journey to pursuie their dream careers.

Upcoming Events

To enable the largest possible percentage of students with participation, Job fair will be organised in Tirupati and Hyderabad.

In Hyderabad, screening date is scheduled for July 23, while in Tirupati, it is scheduled for July 17.

Important Information

Eligibility Criteria

You must adhere to the eligibility requirements listed below to be qualified for the job fair in 2022:

• Year of passing – 2021, 2022
• Educational Qualification – BTech (any branch), MTech, MCA, MSC, BSC (computers)
• Academic percentage – 55% (10th, 12th, graduation)
• Skills required: Good communication skills, Strong programming fundamentals.

Application Process

• Eligible candidates must visit the official website packetprep.com and register.
• Screening test at the specified/designated centre
• Shortlisted candidates must travel to Hyderabad for face to face interviews at client locations.
• Release of offer letters by client

Job Fair Selection Procedure

Candidates who will be interviewed and selected based on their performance in the interviews will be hired directly on the spot by the organisations.
