The Interview Rounds are the final stage of the placement process, during which a candidate must demonstrate to the organisation that he or she has employable skills. With some careful planning and handwork, this bridge may be crossed.
In the company's newer interview procedure, technical and HR rounds are frequently combined into a single interview. Make a strong professional first impression in this round.
Technical Interview
Candidates will be chosen based on their level of technical expertise. They will be presented technical problems in real time, and they will have to respond with the best responses they can. Recruiters will evaluate the candidates' problem-solving ability in this phase. This step determines whether or not a candidate is technically capable of meeting the company's challenges.
HR Interview
There is no set pattern for this round; candidates must respond to questions based on their personal preferences; there are no right or incorrect responses, and the goal is to assess one's personality. The majority of the questions are based on the resumes of the candidates.
