Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage the software and tools required for the regular operations of work and be involved in product specification, quality, and cost involved in.

2. Able to find RCA about IT issues within a short time span and troubleshoot the same.

3. Having good tempo in stressful situations, good articulation about the issues for the team.

4. Can work on the TAT items without any delay.

5. Can build a good rapport with the Division, Branches, and at HO (internal stakeholders).

6. Knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
