 The Process of selecting candidates focuses on adaptability, knowledge, skills, experience and various other related aspects as the right selection may increase the overall functions and performance of a company.

Academic Criteria:

  • 60% or above in B.Tech, (B.E.), Class X and XII
  • No backlogs are allowed. 
  • Knowledge of-
    •    Oracle
    •    Oracle EBS
    •    Oracle Agile PLM
    •    Agile administration and Architecture

Selection Process:

The selection process of the Zensar consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:

  • Online Written Exam 
  • Group Discussion
  • Technical Interview 
  • HR Interview

Section-wise Details:

  • Coding: It consists of basic coding questions to test the technical expertise of the candidate. 
  • Reasoning: It includes Data interpretation, puzzles, coding and decoding, pie charts, line graphs, blood relation, Odd man out, Logical word sequence, Objective reasoning, Coding deductive logic, etc.
  • Aptitude: It includes topics such as Algebra, Time & Work, Time Speed & Distance, Arithmetic, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Geometry, LCM & HCF, Probability, Problems on Trains, Averages, etc.
  • Technical: It includes topics such as OS, C language, JAVA, Computer Organization, Networks, etc.

Group Discussion:

In this, the selected candidates have to take part in a group discussion. It aims to test the Confidence, ability, vocational skills, presence of mind. 

Interview:

The Interview process consists of Technical Interview and HR Interview which lasts for about 15-25 mins. Following are the details of each stage:

Technical interview

Questions about specific technical fields are asked in this round. Questions could be based on specific knowledge about the company's technical activities; understanding of the technical work required to be completed as part of the job applied for or may ask candidates to solve actual technical problems that they would be likely to face if employed.

HR Interview

The ultimate step to select a candidate as an employee is Interview as it helps to determine a candidate's personality. The questions could be of a broad range such as self-introduction, Qualification, Experience, Courses did, experience in a specific industry, strengths, and weaknesses, salary expectations, family, friends, etc.
