Section-wise details:

Technical Section: 

It consists of questions from topics such as OS, C language, JAVA, Computer Organization, Networks, etc.

Programming Section:

It consists of 2 programming questions, wherein candidates are provided with an option to code in JAVA.

Group Discussion:

In this, the selected candidates have to take part in a group discussion. It aims to test the Confidence, ability, vocational skills, presence of mind. 

Virtusa may offer a topic about any social/national/global importance or maybe any current affair topic.

Virtusa Interview Process:

The Interview process consists of Technical Interview and HR Interview which lasts for about 15-25 mins. Following are the details of each stage:

Technical interview

Questions about specific technical fields are asked in this round. Questions could be based on specific knowledge about the company's technical activities; understanding of the technical work required to be completed as part of the job applied for or may ask candidates to solve actual technical problems that they would be likely to face if employed.

 HR Interview

The ultimate step to select a candidate as an employee is Interview as it helps to determine a candidate's personality. The questions could be of a broad range such as self-introduction, Qualification, Experience, Courses did, experience in a specific industry, strengths, and weaknesses, salary expectations, family, friends, etc.
