The Process of selecting candidates focuses on adaptability, knowledge, skills, experience and various other related aspects as the right selection may increase the overall functions and performance of a company.

Academic Criteria:

    • Above 60% marks in Class X and XII and B.Tech,/B.E.

    • M.Sc graduates in Computer Science & IT

    • No backlogs are allowed.

Story Writing/Picture Perception:

In this round, candidates are provided with a picture and are asked to write a story in order to test and understand their skills.


The Interview process consists of Technical Interview and HR Interview which lasts for about 15-25 mins. Following are the details of each stage:

  • Technical interview - Questions about specific technical fields are asked in this round. Questions could be based on specific knowledge about the company's technical activities; understanding of the technical work required to be completed as part of the job applied for or may ask candidates to solve actual technical problems that they would be likely to face if employed.
  • HR Interview - The ultimate step to select a candidate as an employee is Interview as it helps to determine a candidate's personality. The questions could be of a broad range such as self-introduction, Qualification, Experience, Courses did, experience in a specific industry, strengths, and weaknesses, salary expectations, family, friends, etc.
