SAP BASIS – Trainee Consultant

As an SAP BASIS – Trainee Consultant at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and administration of SAP systems. Your role will involve monitoring production and non-production servers, creating and acknowledging incidents raised by clients or end-users, and handling Level 1 incidents. You will support respective leads in managing incidents and contribute to ensuring system health and performance. The position requires a basic understanding of SAP systems and modules, operating systems, and database concepts.​

• - Basic understanding of SAP systems and modules.
• - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• - Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• - Basic understanding of database concepts.
• - Knowledge of SAP Security concepts.
• - Trainable and willing to work in rotational shifts.
• - SAP certification is an added advantage.

• - Monitor production and non-production servers (24x7).
• - Create and acknowledge incidents raised by clients/end-users.
• - Handle Level 1 incidents.
• - Support leads in managing incidents.
• - Assist in system health checks and transport management.
• - Participate in client/system refresh activities.
• - Engage in batch scheduling tasks.
• - Work with HANA Database and cloud technologies.
