Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be part of a structured training and development program designed to help you understand data center operations and build the necessary skills for a long-term career in the data center industry. You will work across functions, gain exposure to technical and soft skills, and be mentored by industry professionals.

• - Basic understanding of Electrical/Mechanical practices.
• - Proficiency in a core engineering subject.
• - Basic knowledge of automation systems like BMS, SCADA, IoT, VR, AR, Machine Learning, AI, etc.
• - Problem-solving mindset with structured troubleshooting abilities.
• - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and AutoCAD.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• - Basic analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • - Logical and adaptable approach to tasks.

• - Support the help desk and incident resolution.
• - Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational quality.
• - Communicate with customers and cross-functional teams.
